After the implementation of 7th CPC....we the direct recruits were given bunching benefits in comparison to promotee counterparts but later on govt changed it's stand and denied to give such benefits. we got stay in the matter and case is pending in cat. Now govt has issued a circular to remove the base of said bunching by modifying the earlier 6th CPC structure with retrospective effect from year 2006. My query is whether such retrospective changes will affect our case against us or will favour us. The reason behind the query is that such retrospective changes are at the whims of the govt. and employees must not suffer it.
