I have joined in Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi as Farm Manager (T-6), a Technical Cadre with 15600- 39100 (GP- 5400/-) on 18/05/1995. I have applied for a post of Senior Scientist in ICAR (same organization) through proper channel and appointed with pay scale of 15600-39100 (With GP- 8000/-. (Scientific cadre) I have joined in new post on 22/06/2011. At the time of joining my Basic pay was- 25770/- and GP- 5400/-. My pay was fixed on 25770 + 8000/- GP. But. no increment was added on 0/.07/2014.
1. Am I entitled for increment on 01/07/2014 ?
2. Shall I get my next increment on 01/07/2012 ?
3. Shall I get any increment benefit during pay fixation ?
