I was working as TTA (group c cadre) in BSNL from Dec 2002 (training start) & then i take permission for direct Recruitment exam in BSNL for JTO (Group B) for 2007 batch. I qualified the exam and go for training in feb2009 after reliving as departmental candidate. I also got TTA salary instead of stipend in training & appointed as JTO in Jul 2009.
Now the case is executive pay revision come in Mar2009 & Non-Executive pay revision come in Apr2010. As my pay fixation was due from 01.01.2007 they revised my from 01.01.20007.
But there was two option FR 22
1. Revised scale from 01.01.2007
2. pre revised till get promotion
They said 2nd option is not for me as direct recruitment. Please help me they have fixed me at previous pay & increment last drawn dec2008 after that next feb2010, feb 2011,feb2012,feb2013,feb2014. Not given in 2009.
Please help & suggest ruling.
