Patta transfer

I have a land in chennai and the patta is in my father's name who has expired.Now i want to change the patta in my name,i have registered the land in my name through settlement deed from my mom,sibling.What is the procedure,what are the documents required for it and how long will it take.Awaiting reply.Thanks.
