I have purchased a property in Chennai with 100% finance from a reputed private bank. When I applied for Patta the authoirty is refuisng to issue it in my name stating that it is purchased from bank funds. The sale deed clearly mentions that as a purchaser I am entitled for mutation of names in all recors? What should I do?
