Is it disclosable or undisclosable information under RTI Act:-
1. Names of persons from a particular locality say a district to whom passports have been isued during a particular period e.g. last 02 months?
2. Names of persons r/o................................ whose applications are under process since ...........................?
3. Have u issued a passport in the name of................................................in th e month of...................?

Sir,
[1] Third party information can not be divulged without their consent, hence the information about Passport will be divulged only after the pemission of the third party.
[2] If, however, one can prove that the information about the Passport is necessary for the Public Good/Benefit, then the information can be divulged.

Desired information can be obtained only on the ground of larger public interest. and in your query prima facie is not.
