I want to apply for my passport to visit abroad for my daughter's graduation ceremony. My case is ongoing since 2016 at the 1-Addl.Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court and I have been released on bail within 2 months. I have been charged under IPC 420, 406 & 34 however the case has not been heard yet. I have not been released under the condition of requesting permission to leave the country. Do I have to disclose this in the passport application and what impact shall it have on my application? Any additional documents are requested for the same?
