Can a wife while filing money suit to recover her Stridhan Articles given during marriage , file an injunction order along with it on any of the property of husband which is mortgaged to a bank.
Without any proof of jewels and money given and even if all the jewels are with wife, will the court pass injunction order against husband, so that he cannot sell his property.
If loan is taken against the property and it is mortgaged to a bank, even then court can pass injunction order.
This happens when husband files for divorce
