Party in Person at Hyderabad high Court

My wife filed for stay in Hyderabad high Court on my divorce petition and got stay. They sent lawyer notice and stay order but not petition copy. Now I want to file party in person and counter affidavit in Hyderabad high Court. what is the procedure to appear as party in person and getting petition copy.

Dear querist,

Mark your presence on the day mentioned on summon. Ask for copy of petition and permission to present in person on next date for filling written statement.
