What are main benefits of corporating a company as Pvt Ltd vs Partnership?
I do architecture services- where my income is mainly in form of Fees (25lac per annum). I may go into doing construction projects for my client which may increase the volume in terms of in-out transactions. Also I plan to merge with another partnership company down the line in 6-7 months. Once this is done, we may go abroad and setup another office in USA (80 Lacs investment) and invest money in US market.
I would like to know should I set myself as PVT Ltd or as a partnership company?
