Hi, I need information on Partnership registration. We want to set up a partnership firm of Chartered Accountants with Head Office at Vijayawada and branches at Hyderabad and Delhi. I want to specify the details in form 1 as
Principal place of Business: Vijayawada
Other Places: Hyderabad, New Delhi
One of the partner is from Delhi and operate the branch from Delhi.
Can we get the process of registration done in Vijayawada without any objections from Registrar?

yes you can register anywhere in india as head quarters and practice in another city based upon the partners situated in other cities
