Partnership Property Dispute

Four partners were associated for business till 1995 under a registered partnership firm. After that the partnership was dissolved in writing in 1995. In 1994 a plot was purchased with partnership money in title of one of the partner. However the said plot is lying around till date.

Both partners claim that they in possesion of plot from 1995. Since all money was paid from partnership firm, all the original property papers are with one the partner who is in possesion but has no title in it, since 1995.

The question is that if the plot is purchased with partnership money in name of one of the partner, how can this divided be into partners ? Also is it a  'movable' property?. If so what is the legal recourse to it.
