Hi sir how can we check that loan has been taken on company's account??

1. IF the Loan is subsisting or continuing till next Financial Year, THEN the same shall be reflected in its Financial Statements, Balance Sheet of the Co. IF Co. is registered, THEN Balance Sheet documents can be downloaded from the MCA website.
