A father has 2 daughters. The father is a partner in a firm run by the family. Since no male hier, can the unmarried daughter who is interested in family business get the opportunity to be a partner in the firm? Not regarding fathers share but an admission as a partner in the firm?

Yes, daughters can be added to the partnership firm.
