Partition/will

hi,

Is will made on plain paper or stamp paper??? and is it necessary to get it regd.?? if yes then where is it regd/??

No stamp paper is require for making a will. registration of will is not necessary but for a safe side it is advisable to register the will before registrar.

1. Stamp paper is not required.

2. Registration of a will is optional under the Registration Act but a registered will carries with it a presumption of being a validly executed will.
