i m loi holder of fuel pump from sc category in which company purchase the ;land for the development of pump
in my case land owner have a part of land khasra no 127/1.799 the part his land 0.236 hect. out of 1.799
but they don't have partition .company requires partition present time the villege area under consolidatin what is procedure of partion of land (land owner purchased that last from person xy and land was 143 converted).plzzz help me??????????????????
