Partition of Dwelling House (Dayabhaga Law)

A Bengali Hindu governed by Dayabhaga system of Hindu Law, died intestate in 1963 leaving his wife, son, son's wife, married daughter (and her husband) as successors. Can the married daugher suit a file now for partitioning her father's dwelling house, occupied by her brother's successors? Assuming she does  not file a suit, after her death, can her married daughter file a suit for partitioning this dwelling house (Her Mothers' father's house)?
