Partition / legal stand of children

Dear Expert Team,

Could you please enlighten me on the below situation:

- Family (Father, Mother and two sons)

- Father built a house with his own earnings (In the name of Mother, property held by Mother)

- Father died without any will (Legal heirs - Mother and two sons)

- No family disputes as of today but mother wants to transfer the one and only property built by father to her elder son

- Elder son survived with one daughter and Younger son with two sons

- Can the monther deny the right of sharing / partition to her younger son and transfer the property to Elder son?

- Do the younger son has a legal stand to stop the transfer / claim the rights later on, if mother transfers the property to elder son without intimating to Younger son

Can you enlighten me on the subject before law

With best regards,

Srini

Yes she can do so, younger son has no right to claim or resist the action of mother. This is harsh reality.

Being a harsh reality, is there any recourse to the action?

any legal proceedings will be futile exercise.
