Hi, I am buying a site from a provate layout in bangalore(Bettermentcharges paid, Katha etc are uptodate). History of documentation:
1st owner(A) got the site as part of partition deep(Registered in 1972)
2nd owner(B) is a GPA holder from A(GPA registered in 1992) amd B formed a layout to sell the land as house sites
3rd owner(C) bought the site from B in sale deed in 1993
4th owner(D) bought the site from C in a sale deed in the year 2002
5th Owner(E) boutght the site from D in a sale deep in the year 2003(Got a land lone from a bank for buying the porperty)
I would be the 6th owner If I buy the site now.
My question is that can anyone from 1st owners (A) family tree claim a share in the property now in 2011.
Should I go a head to buy the porperty or not?
