parking vehicle before my parking gate

Please issue a simple legal notice to the owner that parking .............make car with number................in front of house No............................at...............................in front of parking gate is obstructing your entry/exist and causing nuisance and ask him not to park the vehicle infront of the gates obstructing passages in future.

You can also enclose a photograph that shows parking of that vehicle and the photographs should show how the car obstructed the passages with such date and time of the photograph.
