Our Society MC has decided to issue parking stickers only to those flat owners who had been allotted parking stickers by the builder. Those who directly purchased the flat from builder have the allotment letter and those who bought a resale flat had been allotted a letter in their name and these open parking spaces also have no mention in agreement. But some didn't purchase the parking space because they didn't own a car before. Now some flat owners have bought the car after society got registered but now MC says they will issue parking stickers to only flat owners having builder's allotment letter.
I had written a letter in 2012 to MC asking for parking space as per bye law' First come first serve basis, but got a reply that there is currently no space (even though there was) and will allot once there is space available. But I haven't got a parking space till date even by other new MC.
Some flat owners and even tenants are parking more than 1 car. Some bought a flat after I bought my car but they got the parking and not me. Even people on rent got the parking but not me.
Can you tell me how to approach the MC regarding this issue or how to deal with this issue in the court of law.
