Law (Maharashtra housing society) on allotment of parking space states following:
In case the number of vehicles of eligible members is
in excess then the available parking space the
managing committee shall allot such parking
space
by "lot" on yearly basis.
I would like to know what is the meaning of allotment by "lot"
