I am residing in Builder Floor in Shahdara. In our Floor there are 6 Flats 2 each in every floor. One flat comprise of 75 Sq Yards & other of 100 Sq yards in each floor. So there are three 75 Sq yards Flat & three 100 Sq yards Flat. We have ground floor for parking purposes. Builder donot mention any thing abut parking in my Registry. While one of the Other Flat Owner have 2 Car Parking rights in their Registry. Is it legal to sell Property with 2 Car Parking rights.
Although we have good space & we can 7-8 Car Easily. Could it possible that builder sell the remaining Flat with to other Persons for more parking rights like 3 or 4.
