Parking nuisance

Dear sir, We own a flat in Ahmedabad. We have been staying at that place since last 10 years. We have bought a stilt parking when we bought the flat. Since last couple of years lot of new Cars got added and they have started parking their cars in the passage area. Because of this we are unable to remove or park our car whenever required We have multiple times requested the secretary and we haven't got any resolution. Last month we raised the same parking issue in the meeting and they raised their voice and shouted at us and they told us to sort out ur own problem. Even the secretary is refusing to resolve the Problem and telling us to solve the problem at our own. Now my parents are living alone at that house and they are trying to seclude them and push them to walls just because there is not any strong voice at home. I request a strong legal way forward to resolve this issue. As per the law, I think the open parking space shouldn't obstruct the passage or the stilt parking and since there is no space we can't get our car inside our parking space. We seek a systematic legal way forward. Regards, Ryan
