This is Thilak from Chennai. I have purchased a home 7 years before. Which is UDS (Undivided share)The construction is only two houses(both are UDS) , one (No.2 in image)is front side of the street and the other one(No.1) is away from the street where I am residing. Please find the Image attached herewith. Survey number is same for both the parties.
The opposite party (2) dominating full area of street i.e., throughout the length of his house and telling it is the place of him. But, I am requesting him being UDS both can adjust and park our bikes in front of full length of the house area in the street.
While the time of buying this house the builder said both of you adjust and park the vehicle in front of the house, i.e., full length of the house. But the builder not taking any responsibilities now.
Please suggest / advice me how can I tackle this issue. What kind of lawyer I have to approach for this issue.
