Hello Sir,
I have recently purchased a flat which do not have any reserved parking sapce. I am parking my car in open, non reserved, common car parking space. Earlier there was no parking charges but now society is asking for 300/- for car parking from only those house owner who do not own/purchased any car parking and park there vehicle in open car parking space. My question is:
1) Is it legal for a society to lewy parking charges only from those person who are parking there car in open and unreserved car parking space.
2) Can I tell society to sell a open unreserved car parking space to me?
3) Can I insist on reducing the parking charges?
