I own a Stilt Parking in a registered society which was alloted by the builder. The allotment was when I purchased the house. Currently the society has called for a AGM and one of the agenda is proposed parking charges for stilt owners, Open parking space for 2W and 4W.
Question - Is it Legal to charge Parking Charges from Stilt Owners.
