Parking allotment letter

:Sir i purchased flat and also residing in it. The builder also allotted parking to all flat owners including me as per terms, but i m insisting him to arrange allotment letter officially, but he did not care by stating that no need to issue such letter why because parking allotted and fixed board in ur parking area. What can i do in this situation. Pl advise me
