I need to file Paperbook and Case laws before ITAT, Hyderabad. I filed an appeal against CIT (A) orders. Can anyone help me understand what is Paperbook and share any old draft with me.
Is Paperbook list of supporting documents which I filed before AO and CIT (A)? Or is the list of Affidavit, Written Submission ?
For Case Laws, do I file complete case law final order copy or just mention the Case along with year and Jurisdiction?
