I have a Pagri House in Mumbai. I want to give it on rent to someone else. I spoke to a person who is from the Landlord’s company which owns the land. He said we will have to share 20% of the rent amount with him in cash for which he will issue a receipt. Is this the way it works? Also, could you help us with drafting an agreement in this regards?
