room ownership has grand father and muncipal rent receipt also and he had expire but redevelopment contract signed with grandmother. but problem is that as per municipal record that room is not transferable. So is it possible to transfer the ownership of room to grandmother.

@ Gaurab:  The stamp duty is required to be paid.

 

@ Gautam Kamble:  As a legal heir to the deceased, your grandmother can get it transferred on her name.
