If a person owns more than one flat in CGHS in Delhi, then
1. Can he get membership?
2. Is share transfer of flat same as getting membership?
3. If, for example, share transfer of flats is done for 2 flats, then will the person get one membership?
4. Is there any legal document to support the same, for point 1 to 3? Like a PDF from a government site?
5. What is the process of applying membership?
