My father died in 2009 and according to his WILL, my mother is the owner of the house, is there any formality which I should perform as the only son? I have THREE sisters and all are married. What may be the consequences after the death of my mother in future?

If your mother died without executing any other Will in your favour that now you are the owner of the same. Then your three married are also became the co-owners of the same being the legal heirs of the deceased mother.
