we already had a 112 square feet salami property , the owner after constructing the whole plot increased 200 feet to our property thereby making a total of around 300 square feet property at the rate ₹5000 per square feet, my question is given the huge amount of money being charged we are demanding to transfer the ownership of the said property ,is it possible legally ?
what will be the relevant clauses in the agreement to execute such transfer?

Yes you should ask for ownership , and execute the sale deed as you paid for the land
