In the family fast track court related to a dispute on sharing intese maternal property, the judgement (exparte)is in favour of my mother (1/4th share). Kindly enlighten me on the next all the steps involved till the physical demarcation and posession of her share of property.

u need to wait for a little but not beyound 1 year and within one year u need to file the execution petetion of the judgement and decree
