Outside unit of split ac installed at common rooftop
I am a resident of Delhi and living at Top. I have installed Outdoor unit of split Ac at roof top in a wall. wall doesn't conjoin to any its flat member. it doesn't object of using common area. yet few member are objecting to remove it. What's my right?
Off course not. Its in a corner. Nobody even go-to that place. Because dish wire comes in between. They just don't want me to put that machine. I have asked tell me valid reason. But they are saying we just can't allow you. Not giving a single reason. Can I go to court if they dominant me?
