In the lower court an Interim Injunction has been granted to the Opposing Party. We have applied for CMA against the Interim Injunction. The OS hearing is coming up soon. Can the OS hearing proceed or does the CMA has to be disposed off by the Higher Court before OS can start?

The suit can continue in the trial court while the CMA is pending in the appellate court.
