Dear Friends,
The court have lot of cases where lot of pending cases also there. Shortage of judges and due to that cases are pending like.
there is a case where judgement got reversed on 15/03/2011 but till date the case judgment not delivered. due to incharge judge went on leave for 10 days again the cases dumped up for him. hence it is getting delayed.
please let me know as iam a public where the case petitioner need to simply wait till the judgement delivery, due to irresponsbile of judges the cases where not closed for two months.
shall i put a report to cheif justice in highcourt to take necessary action please.
As this should be avoided in future.
