After I filed RCR wife giving false Oral compliant in police station against me for mental and physical torture.Police come to my house for enquiry with my wife and her relatives. I keep wife to my house and police return after telling me 498A in future in front of all Public and my relatives. Though wife now live with me but no conjugal relationship.
Is giving Oral compliant in police station against me can be a ground for divorce?

no value of oral complaint, only filing of false case can be a cruelty, why did you file RCR? now you are trapped in your own web
