If a person in Government service has executed an obligatory bond to serve the Govt. of India for a period of 5 years after a probation period of two years, will that person be again bound by another such obligatory bond by the govt. if s/he goes for higher education in India or abroad in future? The person has already served one bond period. Can s/he be bound by bond more than once? Please reply.
