One date in many cases

Hi all,

Can I get one date in many cases ( divorce,maintenance,498a ) which are running in different city.

What application I should move and in which court?

You may file a transfer petition in the HC but its unlikely to be successful if you are the defendant.

Here "different city" means in my wife's home town where she stays with her parents.

Now, I want all cases date should be one.

for date you can request the judge,no application needed..

You can request the judge if the related matters in same court and before same judge only.
