Once if someone is registering the document with the registrar wont it be automatically reflected into the revenue records,so as to give clear picture of the property.I have come across the case where person registered the documents with the sub registrar of the specific area,but he had the impression that the documents automatically will be reflected in his name,under the belief of the same he remained silent .
Now after 20 years he has come across with the fact that someone else had made the dual documents of the same property by the originol owner who sold to my party.
No doubt I can proceed with criminal and civil cases but if the system has the direct approach to follow the documents under one window wont it reduce the burden of litigation on the courts.
