I was allotted a plot of land by govt developer who later gave me the option to get the refund after 4 yrs with 6% interest due to delay. I opted for a refund and surrendered the plot, the interest amount was calculated till the date of surrender but was refunded after 7 months. No payment of interest for 7 months was accounted for.
I had filed a Complaint in the District Consumer forum but the President says once you have got the refund, you are no longer a Consumer, please advise how to proceed further.
