There is a temple in my native village (in Tamil Nadu) for about 250 years. The temple is situated in a small square (A) area surrounded by a private square land (B). Access to the temple is a pathway of eastern boundry side of the bigger square (B). People walk through the eastern way, turn left facing west and reach the temple walking through the private land B. B is a patta land. A is a Government land. The owner of the land B has fenced his land (all the four sides) blocking the way to temple. A complaint was lodged with the Tasildhar who is yet to take appropriate action. The owner of the land B is using his money power with Revenue Officials. Now what is the way out to restore the path way leading to the temple?
