I am looking to rent a newly constructed house. The owner has obtained a Door number, but doesn't have an occupancy certificate.
Is an occupancy certificate necessary for independent houses? Or is it only for buildings/flats?
I want to make sure that all legal procedures are properly followed, without any risk of complications later.
