Learned members,
I filed a case of RCR against my wife u/sec 9 HMA.
She replied with an application u/ sec 24 HMA with many false allegations.
Could you please tell me under what section in law do I file preliminary objections to her false statements and allegations?
Tell me the procedure to file the preliminary objections in her WS.

Preliminary objections can be filed as a part of both the reply to the application u/s 24 as well as the replication filed to her written statement
