Objection for gift of inherited property

Dear Sir,

              My grand father Aquerd the property in 1963 at the age of 67 as per the land reform act 1963 and he remitted the amt claimed by land tribunal ,Alathur,Kerala .My gand father have 3 son and he registered a gift deed in favour of eldest son without the knowledge of ther brothers at the age of 84 in 1980 and my grand father died on 1984 and the eldest son also died in 1989 and other brothers also no more.The eldest brother concield the matter with others by 33 yearS

can other leagal heirs(other brathers son) object the transaction in the court of Law pls advice us

for this actually waht the document says is to be verified so first show the document to a lawyer and take his advice
