Can you please let me know if accused can file objection against crpc 319 application?
I named A,B,C, as main accused in my crpc 319 application.But in charge sheet, police removed A's name.B & C are present as main accused in chargesheet.
Can A file objection against this crpc319 application?Is it allowed if B & C can also file objection ?
My understanding is accused are not allowed to file objection against crpc 319 application (like 156(3) application).
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
