Obc quota after inter-state marriage by women

If a Backward Class women is married to a BC man from other state then in which state she has right to get Govt job under OBC/BC quota?

Provided: She is living with her husband.

The caste of both Husband and wife is listed under BC list of both states.
In my case, both states are denying quota.
