How can i obtain OBC Certificate for my children ? I am sunar/swarnkar doing manufacturing of gold silver ornaments. My grandfather is also doing the same. But how can i proof my caste ? I have no obc certificate in my or any of my family member name. No gazetted official is ready to sign on caste certificate. Can i go to court to get relief ? Please help.
